A complete Direct-to-Fabric Printing Solution

Based on major plotters manufactures, the new family of direct-to-fabric digital printers provides a complete solution that enables printing directly onto polyester fabrics and other fabric substrates with flawless results. The system features precision media handling components and an advanced on-board sublimation unit that together ensure outstanding image quality and rich, saturated colors for flags, banners, textiles, and soft signage that maintain their natural drape and texture.

PRINT ON MESH FABRICS

The ATPColor solution is designed to easily print on open mesh fabrics such as flag material and sports textiles without marking the backside of the fabric with “blow-by” ink. The especially designed ink trough with sponge and pad absorbs any ink that passes through the fabric.

HIGH CAPACITY BULK INK SYSTEM

Designed specifically to meet the demands og high-volume shops, the system supports long production runs and lower production costs.

The ATPColor disperse dye sublimation inks are the most advanced and specifically formulated to date, delivering exceptional color gamut and fastness to sublimated graphics. The ultra-fine dot pattern ensure flawless, even ink coverage and deep, rich colors.

MEDIA HANDLING SYSTEM

The ATPColor direct-to-fabric printing system is equipped with an intelligent media handling system that communicates directly with the printer to ensure complete control of the media. The engineered system features two precision stepping motors and synchronized dancing rollers that automatically fine tune the media feeding process to ensure precise movements with every pass of the print head. Also a special cork covered cylinder can be activated when printing on stretchable media such as Lycra®, spandex and other sports textiles.

ON BOARD SUBLIMATION

Once the fabric has been printed, the fabric passes over a rotating temperature-controlled heated calender equipped with an infrared thermometer. The design ensures that consisted heat is maintained across the entire calender surface resulting in consistent, accurate color. This advanced system monitors every phase of the heating process and makes adjustments to the temperature automatically to ensure images cure quickly and evenly.

FLEXIBILITY

Although the ATPColor system was designed to print directly on fabric, you have the flexibility of printing on dye sub transfer paper for those projects that require it.

OPTIONAL INLINE CUTTING SYSTEM

Specifically designed for the ATPColor Direct-to-Fabric systems, the InLine Cutting System dramatically increases the ATPColor capabilities. The production process is made easier and faster by cutting printed fabric on the vertical axis. The system uses cold knife technology to make sharp flawless cuts. The InLine Cutting System can be stopped or paused without creating defects in the printed fabric – a significant advantage over traditional hot knife systems.

The ATPColor Direct-to-Fabric printers provide a very productive work flow with sublimation printing directly onto the fabric then fixing or sublimating the image. Now with the addition of the InLine Cutting System, you can also cut the fabric, while keeping it contained within the footprint of a single compact roll-to-roll printer system.

CARATTERISTICHE

Una soluzione completa per la stampa diretta del tessuto

Costruiti come complemento ai plotter più diffusi sul mercato, la nuova serie di sistemi per la stampa diretta del tessuto di poliestere e tutte le altre fibre con risultati di alta qualità. I sistemi DFP di ATPColor garantiscono una gestione ottimale del trasporto del tessuto, utilizzando soluzioni specifiche per il particolare “media” di stampa. Per la stampa su poliestere è presente una calandra per la termo-fissazione del colore, quello che otterrete saranno colori incredibilmente saturi, per banner, bandiere, striscioni.....con in più il particolare “feeling” che solo un tessuto riesce a dare.

STAMPA SU TESSUTI TRAFORATI

La soluzione ATPColor può facilmente stampare su tessuti traforati, come bandiere, tessuti sportivi o materiali di tipo “mesh”, il risultato sarà sempre impeccabile.

SISTEMA DI ALIMENTAZIONE INCHIOSTRI DI TIPO “BULK”

Tutti i sistemi ATPColor hanno integrata l'alimentazione inchiostri di tipo “bulk”, grandi capacità di inchiostro al minor costo possibile.

NUOVI INCHIOSTRI SVILUPPATI SPECIFICATAMENTE

I nuovi inchiostri dispersi sviluppati su specifiche della ATPColor utilizzano la tecnologia più avanzata per la stampa diretta del tessuto, colori estremamente saturi e altissima stampabilità.

PROGETTO INDUSTRIALE

Tutti i sistemi ATPColor sono studiati per dare il massimo della produttività in un ambiente industriale, la costruzione è estremamente robusta come le macchine tessili, le idee utilizzate per il progetto sono molto innovative, molte delle quali protette da brevetto industriale.
 

MOVIMENTAZIONE DEL TESSUTO DI STAMPA

Tutti i sistemi di stampa della ATPColor utilizzano un sistema di comunicazione con il plotter di stampa estremamente avanzato che collegato direttamente con la scheda madre del plotter in modo da ottenere un avanzamento del tessuto, tenendo conto delle specificità del tessuto, e non avanzando lo stesso....facendo finta che sia...carta. Vengono utilizzati due motori con un preciso controllo di passo e lo svolgimento e riavvolgimento del tessuto è sincronizzato con dei “ballerini” a peso variabile.

Se necessario si può attivare un rullo aggiuntivo in modo tale da stampare anche su tessuti estremamente elastici.

TERMOFISSAZIONE IN LINEA

Finita la fase di stampa il tessuto passa all'unità di termo-fissazione costituita da una speciale calandra, studiata per la nostra applicazione specifica, che ne fissa il colore. Il particolare progetto della calandra ne garantisce l'uniformità di temperatura su tutta la superficie risultando in colori che sono uniformi su tutta la stampa.

FLESSIBILITA'

Benché i sistemi della ATPColor siano stati sviluppati per la stampa su stoffa viene sempre comunque offerta la possibilità di stampare su comune carta transfer se un progetto richiede questa metodologia di stampa.

UNITA' DI TAGLIO OPZIONALE

ATPColor ha sviluppato specificatamente per le sue unità di stampa un sistema di taglio in linea del tessuto che incrementa la produttività e la flessibilità del sistema di stampa. Il processo di produzione giornaliera viene grandemente facilitato e velocizzato grazie al taglio delle stampe sull'asse verticale. Il sistema utilizza coltelli a lama fredda in modo da tagliare la stoffa senza deformazioni tipiche delle lame a caldo, il taglio può essere interrotto in ogni momento senza che vi siano difetti nel taglio stesso.

• Coltelli circolari comandati da motore di precisione a 24VDC;

• Sistema di taglio estremamente robusto, indirizzato ad un ambiente industriale;

• Coltelli liberamente riposizionabili, 4 coltelli inclusi nella versione a 74”, 6 coltelli inclusi nella versione da 104”, ulteriori coltelli, opzionali, sono liberamente posizionabili;

• Disegno estremamente compatto, aggiungete un sistema di taglio professionale senza aumentare di un centimetro l'ingombro della Vostra macchina da stampa.
